Lostprophets to perform in the Radio 1 Live Lounge!
 

Hey folks,

Tried to post this in the Lostprophets News section but it wouldn't let me. Boo. So I thought I'd stick it here.

Lostprophets will be performing in the Radio 1 Live Lounge, on Fearne Cotton's daily show, on January 22, 2010.

That's good timing in terms of the album coming out, obviously. This also means another cover from the boys - yippee!!

Should be interesting to hear Ian and Fearne have a cheeky little chat on le radio :)

Fearne's show is on between 10am and 1pm, Monday to Friday.

I believe Live Lounges usually kick off about 11am, but it does vary.

Just listen in to her show on the day and you won't miss it.

If you do, you can just use the 'Listen Again' feature on the BBC website.

You can actually listen to it online, or use the listen again feature... well at least here in Czech I can do that... I can't play bbc vids and stuff, but can listen to the radio without problems

Well hopefully no bosses come into office to work with me and I can listen inpeace, the rest of the office know the rules about being quiet when Lps are on.

I can rip, no problems at all as long as some kind person can tell me how far into the show it's on, 'coz I can't fast forward I have to listen to the whole thing and the only time I do the radio is when Prophets are on it, so I'd rather not have to. :D

I'd rather not have to listen to more than 2 seconds of Miss Cotton either!

I listen to radio 1 all the time. And oh look I have a day off on Jan 22nd so I'll probably be listening to it while I revise :D

Yes another cover! They've only butchered one cover in their career so far (Shoulder To the Wheel), should be wicked.

I like the Shoulder to the Wheel cover, the original is better though.

I wasn't Fearne bashing, I don't listen to ANYONE on the radio. I just don't like 99% of the stuff they play.
I remember listening to that review thing Ian did and I nearly cried with relief when they played the Foos. :D
Tho, she does piss me off that she used to go out with Ian 'coz I get three hundred million e-mails about her 'coz I have it set up to send me news that mentions Lostprophets!!!!!

The people at the top of Radio 1 should be shot to be honest, some of the shit that comes through the radio is terrible. I feel sorry for the DJs cause they take all the flak for playing what they're paid to do and play.

Well yeah, which is precisely why I don't like the radio 'coz it's a case of being forced to listen to what you're told you should be listening to and not what you want to listen to.
