Some friends of the Board are doing a Charity Bike Ride through Wales for Aghan Heroes which is a charity that supports families of the deceased from war.

They're riding 220 Miles in a mere 4 days, and Board member RobbLPS will be joining them for the last day's ride... if you can give, please do!

Im like that after football twice a week. It cant be much worse

yes but collapsed underneath a bike will just add to the overall effect.
