The swarm tribes thing seems cool, i've signed up.

I was thinking of signing up, but my lame PC wont let me read the terms and conditions. Can someone copy and paste them to me ? I like to know what im getting myself into.

For anyone having problems with seeing the terms and conditions here they are:

Terms of Service


1. We offer the SwarmTribes Community Engagement System plus a level of SMS messages with appropriate technical support/training to develop and engage a band or musicians fanbase.

2. The SwarmTribes services and all materials, information, products and services are provided �as is� with no warranties express or implied whatsoever.

3. The SwarmTribes service will be provided free of charge to qualifying bands and musicians until the end of December 2008 or whenever all the SMS messages sponsored by NESTA are used (whichever is sooner).

4. A band/musicians on-going use and message quotas are conditional on a month by month evaluation by ourselves that in our judgement they are investing adequate effort and time to use the SwarmTribes system effectively.

5. No personal data entered into SwarmTribes will be passed on to any third party and will be handled according to our company privacy policy which reflects normal best practice and may be inspected on request.

6. We reserve the right to withdraw SwamTribes if we judge that the band has stopped using the system or is unable to persuade fans to sign-up.

7. We reserve the right to suspend the bands SwarmTribes community or any of its individual fan users if in our judgement it is being used inappropriately or not for its agreed purpose in 1

8. We reserve the right to use unused space within messages and on the SwarmTribes website for branding/advertising.

9. Band fans will become part of the overall SwamTribes community and will be able to browse and/or join other bands/musicians swarms.

10. We reserve the right to use any band or musician as a SwarmTribes Case Study, in public promotional material and in published research reports. In no case will any individual be identified without their express permission.

11. We reserve the right to permit the band�s fans who have joined SwamTribes to continue to use the SwamTribes service beyond the bands usage period.

12. By accepting these terms any user who sets up swarms is confirming that they have the express permission of the artists and or bands they are featuring to be registered and promoted using SwarmTribes These terms of service are subject to change without notice. Last updated May 07, 2008

i signed up to it and they sent me a text with a username and password whcih they said to save but i accidently deleted it lol oh well shall see what happens i guess
